Description

TRY-301 reactive printing thickener is a polyradical polymer material, anion synthetic thickener.

Used in reactive dyes printing, replacing sodium alginate and other kinds of printing thickeners.

With the property of high penetrating, it is very effective on printing high count yarn, high density decoration cloth.

Features:

♦ Fast thickening, desizing easily.

♦ Very clear outline of printing design, no blocking printing mesh, much more color yield and color brightness than sodium alginate.

Applications: 

Application on RAYON fabrics

– Method of mixing basic thickener

TRY-301 4%~5%+Urea 25% + Reserve salts 2.5% + Baking soda 5%+ Sodium alginate 2% + other thickener 2% + Sodium hexametaphosphate 1% + water X%= total 100%

Keep stirring for 10 minutes around until it completely dissolves. Set-aside.

– Color paste mixing method: basic thickener 50% + dyes X%+ water 45%= total 100%

Application for COTTON fabrics

– Method of mixing basic thickener

TRY-301 4%~5%+Urea 10%+Reserve salts 1%+Baking soda 3.5%+Sodium alginate 1%+Sodium hexametaphosphate 0.1%+ water X%=total100%。

Keep stirring for 10 minutes around until it completely dissolves. Set-aside.

– Color paste mixing method: basic thickener 70% ~80% + dyes X%+ water 20%= total 100%
