There is an ancient proverb in China, “Wu Yi Lei Ju, Ren Yi Qun Fen” which means in English Birds of a feather flock together.
And I personally prefer to interpret it like this “Things that are for you gravitate to you”.
Yantai Tianrui Advanced Material has been standing here to deliver the spirit of honest and righteousness as our core value.
And such character attracts same people to be our employees, our business partners as well as our friends.
We like to share our profit with employees, business partners. Because we know only in this way, much more fun will be created in our life and thus profit is worth to exist.
Life is for fun in our view.
It is in our blood to take every moment for fun. We do hiking in spring, we do fishing in summer, we do farming in countryside in harvest season. Those activities never happen in our weekend, since we treasure our personal time. Work is just a part of life. In Yantai Tianrui Advanced Material company, there are 14 staffs working here since the year of 1999. And the newly comes never leaves. Those employees from other places are never willing to go back to their hometown and finally they set their family here. No one is willing to take risk to jump off the ship which not giant ship as it may seem to be, but definitely the most vigorous and swift ship in the ocean. Will there be a more attracting and harmonious company for us now? We doubt that.
As far as what i have said above, it is essentially a soft advertising. Advertising in my view, is in fact an industry to promote consuming. ,
This company which i have been working for 5 years till now and it’s not a short time. Real passion is long lasting passion. Like i can say fixing agent sizing silicone softener blabla for a thousand times and no sick at all. Because every time you say it you feel like it’s fulfilling your value and mission here instead of a waste of your life.
Advertising is essentially consuming. Tianruichemicals ‘s value is a bit of consuming plus a lot of enjoying.
Life is for fun eventually.
