Comparison test report between different fixing agents at same cost dosage:
LS-706 is a 80% solid content formaldehyde-free fixing agent for reactive and direct dyes.
TCO72 is a 72% solid content formaldehyde-free fixing agent for reactive and direct dyes to replace Albafixe ECO from Huntsman.
TWG60 is a 60% solid content formaldehyde-free fixing agent for reactive and direct dyes.
Material: blue and red color cotton fabrics.
Test items:
1. Boiling water fastness under 100℃ boiling water in 30 minutes.
Result: TCO72 is better than LS-706 on red color and TCO72 is a little better than LS-706 on blue color .
2. Soaping fastness : 2g soda+ 5g soap flake in 1 Liter water boiling under 60℃ in 30 minutes.
Result: TCO72 is better than LS-706 in blue color soaping fastness and TWG60 is the best in red color soaping fastness.
3. Slightly shade change happened on TCO72 compared with TWG60 and LS-706.
