Description

Features:

This fixative TWG60, with 58-62% active content, zero formaldhyde, is developed on the requirements of reactive dyeing.

It is a kind of reactive fixing agent, free of formaldehyde and heavy metal ions.

Plenty of trials and lab tests says that proper application of fixative TWG60 can significantly enhance the color fastness, like

soaping fastness, wash fastness, perspiration fastness, water pressure fastness and crock fastness without any impact of the

hand feel of fabrics, no shade change at all. Especially well performed on dark red and black color.

Physical form: thick, reddish brown liquid

Chemical constitution: polymericquarternary ammonium salt

Ph: 4-6

Dissolubility: can be diluted in all proportions by cold water

Applications:

Exhaust dyeing:

♦Can be diluted6-8 folds

♦Required amount :2-3%(o.w.f), should depend on the desired shades depth. (diluted)

♦Temperature: 60-70℃ ；   Duration：20-30min；  Ph：5-6

♦Should be washed thoroughly, Anionic Substances must be eliminated on the color fixed product.
